A life or business clarity session is an in depth coaching session that explores your current situation, the future you are working towards and the barriers and challenges that have stopped you moving forward or make you feel stuck in a moment or situation. I will hold you accountable from the start and help you gain clarity on what is happening to you, patterns that are emerging and gaps that may need further focus. We will also take a brief look at what motivates you and the possible ways that you may be able to move forward, with a note of the actions that you may be able to take immediate to address your current challenges. By the end of this session, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the areas in life and business that could be developed further, along with details of any exercises and tools discussed during the session. This session includes: • A pre-session questionnaire that needs to be completed and returned prior to the clarity session. • 1 x 60 minute session. • Detailed meeting notes after the meeting. • Tools and exercises, if discussed and required immediately. • Discussion on next steps.
